Care: Dishwasher and microwave safe, and oven safe*. The perfectly smooth glaze will not leave a trace of food. Occasional gray metal marks can appear from cutlery or flatware. It is not a defect, and can be easily removed with a mild porcelain cleaner such as Soft Scrub.
*Cookware is designed to resist in the oven up to 350 degrees F. It is resistant to everyday shocks. If a crack should appear after having been knocked, handle with care, as this crack may turn into a clean break. When cooking, always keep a little liquid or sauce in the bottom of the dish. Avoid using cold water on a hot dish. This shock could damage the piece. Instead use hot water. Do not place dish directly over heat. Do not use on a direct flame or electric ring. Soak cookware for 20 minutes to loosen any burnt on food.
