Ordering Online

      • Any products from our online store can be purchased by adding them to your shopping basket and following the instructions to complete the order.
      • Products that "ship from vendor" are subject to the vendor's current availability of the item. If the item is out of stock, and requires a back order, we will notify you before proceeding with your order.
      • We accept the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
      • Your order and payment will be processed electronically the same business day of placing the order. You will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 hours of placing your order unless your order was placed over the phone with an associate. If confirmation is not received, please contact us at customerservice@thepicketfence.com to ensure your email address was entered correctly.
      • We currently ship only within the U.S. *Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may incur extra charges.*

      • We offer sales and promotions frequently online. Once items have been placed in the shopping bag, proceed to the checkout with the promotion code and enter the code into the box marked 'Discount Code'. The discount will be applied. No more than one discount code may be applied at a time. Free Shipping over $100 is our ongoing discount. If you apply a new coupon, the Free Shipping over $100 may no longer be valid.
