- Monogramming on Enzo is available as appliqué or embroidery.
- All Quick Ship Monograms (*) must be applied to in-stock merchandise, and will be shipped in 7 business days. Merchandise must be confirmed in stock by the vendor after order is placed. You will be notified if the item is out of stock, in which the lead time will increase depending on the availability of the item.
- All other embroidered monograms, add 2-4 weeks and for all appliqué monograms, add 4-6 weeks to the standard delivery time of all Matouk products
- For styles 2049 and 2067 (names or words) please specify which letters should be capitalized and which should be lowercase. The text will be monogrammed exactly as submitted.
- The maximum size for monogram styles 2049 and 2067 (names or words) across all products is 3”. Depending on the number of characters, the maximum size decreases.
- Height is measured by center initial.
- Monograms will be “standard” sizes and placements. If a special size or placement is needed, you must Contact Us and speak with an associate who can help you customize your order.
- Orders for monograms MAY NOT be canceled under any circumstance.
- Monogrammed items may not be returned for any reason other than product defect.
