The right candle can add just the right touch of ambience to your room. Essential oils used in designer candles can encourage an aura of a room. Candles can be very calming, soothing, and help you rewind, or they can be invigorating, refreshing, and rejuvenating, depending on the scent. Unscented taper candles are the preferred choice for burning on a tabletop, so as to not compete with the aromas and flavors of the food, while providing a soft focus glow. Unscented candles are also great to burn for those who are sensitive to scents, however enjoy the warm illuminated gleam.

Please note: Care should always be administered while burning a candle. Never leave a candle unattended, or allowed to burn near anything that may catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Always trim your candle's wick to 1/4" prior to each burning, for a slow, even burn. Never burn your candle longer than 4 hours. Be sure to use a candleholder suitable for catching wax drippings, as well as placing it on a surface that is stable, and heat-resistant. Always use a snuffer to extinguish candles to avoid wax burn, and never use water.
