- All embroidered monograms, add 2-4 weeks to the standard delivery time of all Matouk products
- For styles 2049 and 2067 (names or words) please specify which letters should be capitalized and which should be lowercase. The text will be monogrammed exactly as submitted
- The maximum size for monogram styles 2049 and 2067 (names or words) across all products is 3”. Depending on the number of characters, the maximum size decreases
- Height is measured by center initial
- Monograms will be “standard” sizes and placements. If a special size or placement is needed, please CONTACT US
- Orders for monograms MAY NOT be canceled under any circumstance.
- Monogrammed items may not be returned for any reason other than product defect.
